Accommodation Details
The accommodation includes a spacious hall with guest cloakroom, an excellent, modern fully equipped kitchen, a large and elegant sitting room with sliding division leading to a separate study with satellite TV area (with DVD and VCR). Accessed through an arch from the fabulous kitchen is a dining room with dining table for ten and with views to the garden, mountains and sea. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom, with bathroom en suite and a double bedroom with shower-room.
Upstairs is allocated to the very large Master Bedroom with a Kingsize four poster bed and large ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. There are doors leading from the bedroom to a private terrace with stunning views.
Just off the entrance to the courtyard is the guest annexe known as "La Casita" which has its own garden. La Casita has two double bedrooms - one with an ensuite shower room and the other with an ensuite bathroom, both with independent access.
There is air-conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter in all the bedrooms, the sitting room and dining room. A new alarm system was fitted in 2006 and Internet access can be arranged. There are good supplies of books and CD's.
Outside Facilities
The property is reached via a long drive with security gates to ensure total seclusion and privacy. The gardens are well kept and as well as the delightful 8 x 5 metre infinity swimming pool and surrounding terrace, there is a covered area, barbeque and table and chairs for outside eating. The views from this terrace and the pool are spectacular.
The infinity pool is single depth, and has sun all day. The pool can be heated by arrangement and at extra cost, payable locally. There are plenty of sun loungers and shady areas for relaxing.
Extensive open and covered terracing provide lovely views to the famous La Concha mountain, and down to the sea.

Services
The property will be cleaned for your arrival and weekly thereafter. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost, which would be payable locally.
A number of other services available at extra cost, also payable locally - welcome packs, champagne and flowers and so forth. Please enquire for details.
There is a gardener once a week and the pool is cleaned twice a week.
Linen, domestic and pool towels are included.
Local Area
El Madronal is a long established area of large and impressive properties. There is a restaurant (El Coto) and tennis club within six hundred metres of Casa Madronal, easy walking distance. El Coto is one of the best restaurants on the coast, but reasonably priced. The villa is situated at the end of a lane and so no passing traffic and in addition the house has its own drive and gates, so is very private.There are ten golf courses within twenty minutes drive, and one of the coast's most popular restaurants, 'El Coto', is within walking distance.
The nearest golf course is three kilometres away at Los Arqueros. A new shopping mall is five kilometres away, and San Pedro, with a large beach is within six kilometres.
Directions
There are many flights from the UK to this part of southern Spain. Malaga airport is approximately one hour's drive from Marbella. Gibraltar is approximately forty minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended, and we can provide details and assistance.
