All the rooms in the Manor House are on ground level; the bathroom with a separate shower and a wc can only be reached via one of the double bedrooms or the twin bedroom.

The Manor House: Living/dining room, no kitchen, one bathroom with separate shower and wc, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one children's bedroom with two single beds and a set of bunk beds.

In the Chai there is a huge main living area with a kitchen area to one end, and a separate wc. One of the double bedrooms is only accessible from the pool area, and has an integrated bath, a shower and a separate wc. The second double bedroom also has an integrated bath and opens both onto the pool and living areas. The twin bedroom opens onto the living area and the courtyard. There are a shower and a separate wc near the twin bedroom. The children's bedroom with four single beds is on a mezzanine reached via a ladder behind the kitchen and overlooks the living area - it has a shower cubicle.

The Chai: Living/dining room/kitchen, one bathroom with separate shower and wc, one bathroom, one shower room with wc, one shower room, one separate wc, three double bedrooms, one bedroom with four single beds.

Occupancy is limited to eighteen people (eight adults max/ten children).

Outside Facilities
The swimming pool is next to the Chai; it has a shallow section for children which overflows into the main pool.
