Accommodation Details The ground floor of the main house has a comfortably furnished living room with an impressive fireplace and oak ceiling beams. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has a large dining table. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and French doors giving onto the garden. A second bathroom and two separate wcs are also on the ground floor.
There are two staircases leading to the first floor, a converted attic: one leads to two double bedrooms (each with a washbasin) and the other to a double bedroom (with a washbasin and air-conditioning) through which one reaches a bedroom with one double bed and two single beds.
The guest house is more simply furnished and consists of a large games room with a fireplace and table tennis on the ground floor overlooked by a mezzanine with two single beds, a double bedroom with a shower room and a separate wc on the ground floor.
Outside Facilities The accommodation is divided into two buildings, the main house and the guest house. They and several other buildings are grouped around a pleasant shady lawned garden. The resident caretakers live in a separate house a hundred metres away, and provide maintenance and security. There is a very pleasant large covered terrace with a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.

Local Area Badefols (1½ kilometres) has a bakery and a public tennis court, but for a complete selection of shops and services as well as twice-weekly markets Lalinde is only six kilometres away. The closest market is at Pontours (4½ kilometres) on Sundays.
On the banks of the Dordogne nearby there are boating, fishing, and river swimming, and riding, golf, bicycle hire are all possible nearby. There is a great variety of scenic routes and places of historical interest all within reach of the property, as well as fine local wine and produce to be enjoyed.
