The open floor plan offers a very large upstairs Master Suite with wrap around sliding louvered doors that present head on ocean and garden views.

There are two additional guest bedrooms down stairs. Both are large, light filled and airy. One has a queen bed. The other has a pair of twin beds.

Two large built-in couches situated in the living area easily convert into two beds suitable for children.

Most importantly, all bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. As an alternative, ceiling fans are conveniently located throughout the house.

There are 2½ bathrooms that feature Hangrohe fixtures and ceiling mounted rain showers. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after swims in the ocean.

The open and high ceiling dining /living area connects seamlessly into a full modern chef's kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and all the necessary dining / entertaining accessories. Again, wrap around sliding louvre doors open up to dramatic ocean and garden views.

The dining table seats eight comfortably, and the adjacent living area has room for ten plus. A bar connected to the kitchen has three additional stools.

Outside Facilities
Sandy Lane Estate offers guests access to the own private sanctuary. The 3½ tropical acres are manicured daily by a gardener, and the estate itself has over 300 feet of beachfront.

The expansive garden is filled with giant mango trees and numerous swaying coconut palms. A “Sandy Lane” leads from the main house across the large lawn to the fine white beach out front.

Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided.

Sandy Lane is located within walking distance of the luxurious Flor Blanca resort and the village's numerous restaurants and shops.

Directions
Guests should fly into San Jose’s international airport and it is then suggested that they take either a Sansa or Nature Air flight from San Jose to Tambor (flight time about 25 minutes)

From Tambor, the leisurely drive to Sandy Lane is less than an hour. Both rental cars, and personal drivers, can be arranged.

Sandy Lane’s local managers will co-ordinate all logistics, meet and greets directly with the guests.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency
unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of your reservation.
The remaining balance, along with a $500 security deposit is due forty five days before your stay.
Payment may be made by wire transfer or credit card.
Your security deposit will be refunded within seven days of check-out.

Four night minimum stay, except holiday period which requires a seven night minimum stay.
