The housekeeper uses one of the ground floor bedrooms when she is there in High Season months. There is also a guest WC.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and there is an office with PC and Printer, Telephone ISDN & WIFI Internet connection.

The house has Satellite TV and stereo Hi-Fi and there is air conditioning in all rooms.

Outside Facilities
The views across Finikas Bay and to the sea are fantastic from the pool and decking area. The wonderful infinity edged pool measures 12 x 5 mtrs and also has a diving board.

There are plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy the spectacular views, including a covered area near to the barbeque for Al Fresco dining.

High season (July & August): Full time housekeeper daily, included in the rate. The housekeeper will be available during the day, except for 2-3 hours in the afternoon. If there are more than 6 guests, clients will be required to pay for the services of a maid 2 - 3 times per week for 2-3 hours at an extra cost of 10 euros per hour.

Low season: No housekeeper, maid only at an extra cost, 2-3 times per week at 10 euros per hour.

All towels including pool towels are included.

A cook is available on request and payable locally.

The owner can assist with organising a sailing yacht if required. There is also a diving school available.

Local Area
This property is located on 4000 sq metres of land and has no immediate neighbours. The distance to the nearest beach is 400 metres, restaurant is 500 metres and supermarket is 600 metres.

It is an excellent location with only a five minute walk to the Kokina beach.

Syros has population roughly 25 thousands residents, orthodox and Catholics, and the capital is Ermoupolis "The Sovereign of Aegean" built in the hills that surround the harbour.

From the hill of Ano Syra the visitor can see the islands of Siphnos, Serifos, Kythnos and Keaall and immediately it is apparent why Syros became the administrative, commercial, intellectual and cultural centre of Cyclades. There is a ferry connection to all thes Islands which are not more than 1 hour away with the fast ferries.

Directions
Syros is found almost in the centre of Cyclades, 83 nautical miles from Piraeus and 62 naval miles from Rafina. The journey by normal ferry from Pireus takes roughly four hours, while with the new Hi-Speed ferries take less than three hours. The Island has an airport and there is a daily connection with Athens with a flight duration of 20 minutes.

EasyJet are also now flying direct from the UK to Mykonos and Santorini and ferries run regularly to Syros.
