The three bedroom villas consist of a large open lobby area opening out to the private villa garden.

Outside Facilities
There are two large vegetable gardens and herb garden, as well as the traditional rose garden running the length of the property, from whence you can select your own vegetables and herbs for your cookery lesson! Olive trees and fruit trees encircle the property walls.

There is a large bar area, with a built in BBQ at the rear. Sunbeds are located the length of the swimming pools, some with shading,some in the sun! There are lots of small tables and chairs around the bar area for dining, and sofas for lounging.

A clay tennis court, table tennis table, boules and darts can be found to the rear of the bar area. There is a large parking space to the rear of the property for approx 4 cars.

There are two shared pools in the bar area. A shallow pool known as the bar pool which is approx 1m deep in the middle with integral seating around which is 50 cm deep. The actual size is approx 5m x 5m

The beautiful main pool is approx 15m long x 5m wide. It is 50cm at the shallow end and 1.6m at the deep end.

The private plunge pools with each villas are the same design as the bar pool but on a smaller scale, approx 2m x 2m.

Meals: (lunch & dinner not included in price)
The staff are happy to serve meals for clients wherever they please. Whether a long and lazy breakfast outside the bedroom on the roof terrace, lunch by the pool, hosting your own private dinner party in your dining room or having afternoon tea in the summerhouse, clients can choose. The chef will create delicious meals, combining new flavours to amaze and delight. A typical breakfast might consist of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh tea and coffee, bread with home -made jams, Moroccan pastries, fresh fruit salad and local eggs. Choose from a wide variety of Moroccan specialities and European favourites, or why not try brochettes and grilled meats from the barbeque at the pool bar in the summer? A snack menu and children’s menu is always available. Whether a romantic candlelit dinner for two or a grand buffet to cater for a large party, they can supply it…..clients only need only ask!

Evening canapés come as standard every day.

Moroccan cooking lessons are available on site.

Transport into the medina or city costs 300 dhms round trip for up to 6 people. Day trips into the Atlas mountains, Ourika Valley or the coast are easily arranged.

Local Area
Situated on the edge of a traditional Moroccan “douar” or village with fantastic views of the mountains, you can see how real Moroccans live just by driving through! Very flat so good for cycling or walking. Local shops are approx 200 metres away and the nearest restaurant is 4kms away and extremely good.

Activities:
Horseriding/hacking about 30 mins away up the Route de Fez or quad biking in the Palmeraie. There is a water park, which is now open all year round, and is a fun day out kids. On the route d'Amzmiz, there is a zip-wire venue, which is amazing, and kids absolutely adore this and it is a nice lunch venue too, with fantastic scenery (Terre d'amanar).

Fly to Marrakech and an airport transfer can be offered at 200 dhms one way to the villas.
