Accommodation Details
There is dining inside for eight, or meals may be taken out on the terrace. There is an excellent fully equipped
kitchen and an outside stairway which provides access down to the cinema room and a
separate games annexe.
The entrance hall with tiled floors looks through to the living room with fireplace. The living room is
equipped with a wide screen TV, DVD and has double doors facing south which lead out onto
the main terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
MAIN LEVEL - Sleeps 6
There are three bedrooms on the main
level which include the 2 double rooms
and one twin room all with en-suite
bathrooms and doors to the main terrace.
UPPER LEVEL - Sleeps 2
The Master bedroom is found on the upper level, has a king
size bed, mounted flat screen TV, separate dressing area
and en-suite with shower and Jacuzzi bath. There is a door
leading out onto a private terrace.
LOWER LEVEL – Cinema room
Downstairs there is a cinema room equipped with a wide screen TV, DVD and surround sound.
There is also a separate games room with ping pong table, football table and pool table.

Local Area
This villa is located in Santa Barbara de Nexe which is
delightfully situated in an elevated location and enjoys
spectacular views towards Vilamoura in one direction
and Tavira in the other. You are just a few minutes
drive from Loulé, a charming inland town which was
once a Roman settlement and where the remains of a
ruined castle can still be seen in the old quarter. An
indoor market is held here 6 days a week, which is
excellent for fish, fruit and vegetables.
The wide avenues, bordered by many pavement bars, cafes and restaurants, provide many
distractions and offers a wide variety of shopping. Almancil is just 20 minutes away from the
property as too are the beaches and golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Neighbouring Vilamoura lies at the heart of golfing country, with some of the worlds best golf
courses being found here, along with many pleasant beaches, dramatic cliff top walks and all
manner of water sports.
Directions
Fly to Faro airport which is only 20 minutes drive from the villa.
