There is a bedroom on this ground floor which is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite w/c shower room. A balcony door leads out to the front terrace and pool area.

A stairway leads from the main floor to the upper level bedrooms. Here there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The back bedroom has double French doors leading out to a side terrace which have fantastic views to the pool and sea and is furnished with table and chairs. The front bedroom has double French doors leading to a balcony which is also furnished with table and chairs. Both bedrooms enjoy some of the most wonderful views offered on this side of the bay – roof tops of town, picturesque harbour and full sea views toward the neighbouring island of Alonissos. There is a spacious shared bathroom in the hallway.

Outside Facilities
The wonderful views and spacious terraces of Villa Kiki are perhaps the best asset of the villa. There is plenty of room for kids and parties poolside which will make leaving the villa an option not often taken. There is a dinning table on the terrace and the kitchen is close by for easy seving of holiday meals. The BBQ is also a great option when cooking for large parties. The villa is in a private setting surrounded by olive groves.

MAID SERVICE
We will provide cleaning and linen change twice a week (except Sundays), including the arrival clean. Extra maid service and linen change on request.

Baby cot or high chair may be provided on request. Daily charge 5 €uros.

TRANSFERS
Clients will be personally met upon arrival at Skopelos Town or Glossa, by our agent's representative and given driving instructions to their villa as well as a welcome letter including telephone numbers to office/representatives. This applies to the first arriving party only. In addition, a villa folder will be found in each accommodation with detailed information on the villa as well as closest shops, restaurants and beaches. Upon request a personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries.

For those who wish an escorted transfer to their villa, this can be arranged only in advance for an extra charge of 40.00 €uros per arrival, per property.

Please also note that a mandatory escorted transfer, including a fee as above, applies to all arrivals from 19:00 or later. (This means ACTUAL arrival time, not SCHEDULED or ticketed arrival time). The fees above are for arrival transfers only.

TAXIS
Arrival taxis can be pre-booked for arrivals but parties who have not booked an escorted transfer are responsible for payment of taxi. Although we are able to provide assistance in arranging transfers from accommodation, departure transfers are the responsibility of the client.

SKIATHOS TRANSFERS
We are also able to arrange a “meet & greet” service on arrival to Skiathos Airport which includes being met at the airport by our representative, taxi transfer to Skiathos port and O/W tickets for the first available crossing to Skopelos. This service is charged 35 €uros/person for clients traveling to Skopelos and must be booked in advance.

SERVICE OFFICE
Our agents can be found in their waterfront service office in Skopelos Town, and will be on hand throughout your stay to assist in any way possible. They will be happy to provide general information about the island, attractions, excursions, car hire etc. Please note that their office is closed on Sundays.

Local Area
Villa Kiki sits high in the hills above the town which afford it such spectacular views. The surrounding hillsides are covered in olive groves and have walking trails in numerous directions. The villa has two roads leading to it – one a steeply winding ‘short route’ which takes only minutes to reach the town – and the other ‘long route’ winds around the hillside on an unmade road and leads to an asphalt road that takes one easily down to town in about 7 minutes drive. The lively town and waterfront of Skopleos Town has plenty of quaint shops and garden restaurants. The port is lined with traditional Greek fishing boats and the cafes along the waterfront are a perfect place to while away the hours watching the world go by. The nearest beach to the villa is Glyfoneri which can be reached in approximately 7 minutes by car.

Directions
The Sporades Islands can be reached from the UK, most major European cities, and the US, in several different ways, depending on which Greek airport is best serviced by your departure point. Below, we have listed the ways and means to reach Skopelos from each of the four airports which have convenient and direct services to these islands:

Skiathos
The easiest way to get to Skopelos is by charter flight directly to Skiathos. Many European countries have charter flights directly to Skiathos airport with a limited number of “Flight only” seats. Charter flights can usually only be booked for one, two, or three full weeks (i.e. Friday-Friday). From Skiathos there are several ferry and hydrofoil crossings every day to Skopelos (about ¾ hour). Skiathos port is approximately five minutes from the airport.

Thessaloniki
It is also possible and convenient to travel via the second largest city in Greece, Thessaloniki. There is now direct airline service from Thessaloniki to Skiathos on Wed and Sat which takes ¾ hour and costs about 85 Euro one way (including taxes).

From Skiathos there are several ferry and hydrofoil crossings every day to Skopelos (about ¾ hour). Skiathos port is about five minutes from the airport.

There is also a direct, return Flying Catamaran service from Thessaloniki to Skopelos daily (about 3 hours and about 35 Euro one way). This service usually runs from mid-June to mid-September. There is also conventional ferry service (about 6¾ hours /30 €uros one way). We can assist with arranging a taxi transfer from the Thessaloniki airport to the port (about ¾ hour/40 €uros).

From some European countries you can also fly directly into the small airport of New Acheallos near the port city of Volos. By taxi from the airport, you may reach Volos port in about twenty minutes. There are several crossings a day from Volos to the Skopelos by hydrofoil and high speed ferry which take between two and three hours, depending on the type of ferry and costs about 32 €uro one way.

Another possibility is to travel via Athens to Skopelos. From Athens there are three ways of getting to the islands:

1. Domestic flight with Olympic Airways to Skiathos (about ½ hour/65 €uro) and hydrofoil from Skiathos to Skopelos (about ¾ hour /10 €uro) www.olympic-airways.com

2. Bus from Athens Centre to Agios Konstantinos (about 2¼ hours/13 €uro) and then hydrofoil to Skopelos (about 2¼ hours/35 €uro).

3. Private transfer from Athens airport/city centre - Ag. Konstantinos. You may choose between a taxi or mini-bus transfer depending on the size of your party. The pick-up can be from the airport or city center and takes you directly to the boat departure port of Agios Konstantinos (taxi: about two hours/150 €uro for four people) (mini-bus: about two hours/available for 10-17 persons). Another advantage to these private transfers is that your boat tickets can be pre-reserved to Skopelos (about 2¼ hours/35 €uro).
