Leading from the living room is a corridor which has shutters but is open to the garden and as a result provides a lovely cool breeze throughout the house.

There is a very bright, pretty and well equipped kitchen with all amenities. There is a cloakroom and two bedrooms in one wing and the Master bedroom in the other wing. Bedrooms consist of two twin bedrooms with large beds and en suite shower rooms. One of these has pull out beds to accommodate extra children. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the pool level and has an external access.

All bathrooms are ensuite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and bath-tub, one room has 2 double beds (shower) and one has 2 single beds (shower). The room off the pool deck has a king-size bed and shower.

All living and bedrooms are full height and thus very light, bright and airy. Split air-conditioning, and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Outside Facilities
Steps lead down from a covered terrace to a really nice pool terrace with tiled surround. There is a splash pool for children and steps leading down into the deep end of the pool. Extremely good pool of about 30 x 15 feet.

More steps from the pool terrace to the large lawned garden. The garden is fully fenced and has a gate in the fence leading directly on to the golf course.

This is a very pretty house and is an excellent house for children, fully fenced large garden and the upper terrace can be gated so that small children cannot get down to the pool without supervision.

Toucan House is only thirteen kilometres from Crown Point International airport.

The property is right on the golf course, with its own access to the course. Mount Irvine Golf Club within three kilometres.

Mount Irvine beach is within three kilometres.

The nearest supermarket is about three kilometres.

Scarborough about sixteen kilometres.

There are numerous good restaurants between 1.6 kilometres and sixteen kilometres away.

By air to Tobago's Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.

Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind.

Car hire is essential in Tobago and this can be arranged in advance for clients.
