Very nicely furnished and decorated to a high standard. Very large double doors leading out on to a covered terrace, garden, swimming pool and terrace.

On each side of the living area there are two king size double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms with double 'his and hers' basins. There are French doors leading out to the garden with very nice views to the pool and golf course.

Second bedroom is also a king size double, with walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room with double doors and louvered shutters leading to the garden.

On the other side of the living area the accommodation is repeated with exactly the same layout. Split air-conditioning unit, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

This is a very pretty house, simple but very attractive with delightful décor and the spacious outside covered terrace is absolutely charming with rattan furniture and comfortable loungers.

Outside Facilities
Numerous flowering plants and a very pretty mature garden. The pool is about 20 x 15 feet with a lovely terrace full of plants and palms.

There is a second covered terrace at one end of the pool with bar area, lots of tables and chairs, ceiling fan, pool room with cloakroom.

Lovely view from the garden to the golf course and there is direct access to the fairway through a gate in the fence.

Laundry and housekeeper's room opposite main entrance to the house.

Babysitting by private arrangement. Linen changed every three days, towels every other day. Personal laundry by private arrangement.

Situated on the Mount Irvine estate - a very upmarket residential area built around the championship golf course with most of the properties having views onto the golf course and some across the course to the sea.

Only thirteen kilometres from Crown Point International airport. Property is right on the golf course, with its own access to the course. Mount Irvine Golf Club within three kilometres.

Mount Irvine beach within three kilometres. Nearest supermarket is about three kilometres. Scarborough about sixteen kilometres. Numerous good restaurants between 1.6 kilometres and sixteen kilometres away.

Nearby activities include: Golf at Mount Irvine championship golf course. Watersports at Mount Irvine beach, within three kilometres. Scuba diving at Mount Irvine Hotel, within three kilometres. Horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel, within three kilometres. Squash at Grafton Hotel, eight kilometres away.

Gym and tennis at Le Grand Courlan Hotel, eight kilometres away. Deep sea fishing, walking, hiking, birdwatching all available on the island.

Directions
By air to Tobago's Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met either at the airport or at the property by the owners or their representative, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.

Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind.

Car hire is essential in Tobago and this can be arranged in advance for clients.
