The fully equipped kitchen leads into the living room and there are hardwood floors everywhere, giving the house a rich, warm atmosphere. There is a lovely wide wooden staircase leading up to the first floor.

On this floor there is a splendid Master bedroom with King size four poster bed, two sets of double doors going out onto the wide covered veranda, a dressing room and delightful en suite shower room.

Two further charming twin bedrooms share the second shower room.

All the bedrooms have doors leading out on to the covered verandah, and on this there are comfortable chairs on which to sit and enjoy the spectacular views east and west along the coastline, and out to the Caribbean sea.

The house has a CD player, Radio, TV, VCR and Satellite TV (over 100 channels including BBC, movies, sport and 3 children's programmes). It is decorated to a high standard and the furnishings are either Caribbean or antique in style, creating a charming and relaxed atmosphere.

This is an excellent property and is suitable for adults and children - wonderful for families, but also very private and romantic for couples.

There is standard internet access available.

Outside Facilities
Approached up a long private lane and sweeping drive, this house sits on top of an outcrop of land, overlooking the sea and the surrounding completely unspoilt countryside.

It has lovely, mature gardens full of flowering shrubs and climbers, and a feature is the hill behind the house which has a pathway leading from the garden to the top, which can also be lit at night.

There is an excellent swimming pool (5 x 10 metres with a depth of 3 metres) and pool terrace with plenty of outside furniture and pool loungers. Outside shower and pool house, and a gate from the garden that accesses the path leading down to the beach below the house. This is a tidal beach some 120ft down the hillside which has good snorkelling but is suitable for experienced swimmers only. The bay is beautiful and normally completely deserted.

One of the best aspects of this property is that the pool is really close to the house - particularly nice for swimming at night! It is also extremely private and not overlooked at all.

Then there is a housekeeper, who is available daily except Sundays, normally from 9:30am - 2pm who will also cook and can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week at a cost of USD 20 per day plus the cost of food, for 6 days a week. This is paid directly to the housekeeper.

The owner will have arranged for the fridge to be stocked up to cover the first twenty four hours at the house, and the cook will have prepared a meal for guests' arrival - account to be settled locally.

Babysitting by private arrangement at TT$20 per hour. Linen changed every three days, towels every other day. Personal laundry by private arrangement.

Only fifteen kilometres from Crown Point International airport. Mount Irvine Golf Club sixteen kilometres. Turtle Beach about five kilometres. Stonehaven Bay and Grafton Beach about eight kilometres away.

Nearest supermarket is about five kilometres. Scarborough about eleven kilometres. Numerous good restaurants between one kilometre and sixteen kilometres away.

Nearby activities include: Golf at Mount Irvine championship golf course sixteen kilometres away. Watersports, sailing, scuba diving, tennis courts at Turtle Beach Hotel, about five kilometres away. Horseriding at Mount Irvine Hotel, about sixteen kilometres away. Squash at Grafton Hotel, about eight kilometres away. Deep sea fishing, walking, hiking, birdwatching all available on the island.

Directions
By air to Tobago's Crown Point International airport and then either by taxi or hire car to the property. Clients will be met at the airport by the caretaker, welcomed and familiarised with the house and given any information they require about the area.

Clients will be provided with a contact telephone number should assistance or advice be required during the holiday, and are reminded to always contact the owner or their representative if they have any problems of any kind.

Car hire is essential in Tobago and this can be arranged in advance for clients.
