The kitchen is also equipped with two ovens (one gas and one electric), freezer, toaster, gas stove, washing machine, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, food processor, blender, deep fryer, rice cooker, cappuccino and espresso maker, and sandwich maker. There is also a barbeque.

Surrounding the conservatory is a large covered terrace with exterior furniture and is a splendid spot for watching the sunset in the evenings.

A staircase leads to the large master bedroom on the top level, with its own balcony and en-suite full bathroom. The master bedroom has air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV, and the safe.

The main house has two bedrooms on the main level. The front bedroom (bedroom 2) has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with rain-shower. Bedroom 2 has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The back bedroom (bedroom 3) has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with rain shower. This bathroom is shared with the reception room. Bedroom 3 has air-conditioning and a TV.

On the lower terrace there is a guest apartment which has two bedrooms, one double (bedroom 4) and one twin (bedroom 5), which share one bathroom with rain shower; and a kitchenette. Bedroom 4 and 5 is a family suite and can sleep a maximum of 4 people. These bedrooms have air-conditioning and bedroom 4 has a TV.

All bathrooms have rain showers and hair dryers.

The villa has TVs, CD players, DVD players, VCR, radio, Satellite TV and Cable TV. There is a telephone line for local calls only, and fax.

All rooms have air conditioners; and there is central heating. The fireplace is frequently used in winter months, making this a lovely winter property, too.

Outside Facilities
Lovely well-stocked and landscaped gardens; with terraces, bar, and barbecue, with a wonderful swimming pool terrace and large pool of 15 metres - with a pool depth of between 1 and 5 metres. The pool also has pool lights. The pool has graduating steps leading into the shallow end. There is an outside shower and plenty of pool furniture, with 3 different outside eating areas.

Parking is in the drive outside the house.

A computer with fast Internet access to check your email is available at no extra charge. Skype is also provided the computer. Wireless internet connectivity is available at the Villa.

Linen and towels provided. Beach towels are provided for your trips to the beach; please do not forget to bring them back. Every room is provided with a beach bag should you require one; please do not forget to leave them behind after your stay for the use of future guests. Cooler bags are also available. Pool towels are provided, strictly for the use of the pool.

Bathrobes are provided in every room. Please do not forget to leave them behind after your stay for the use of future guests. Change of linen as and when required. Laundry service can be provided at extra cost. Babysitting service is also available at extra cost. The staff are able to cook if required.

Transfer to and from the airport is provided for as well as a welcome meal and complimentary wine.
One return transfer to airport or harbour is included in the price.

Local Area
This property is situated just above the Bay of Korfos which is the bay next to the town of Mykonos and therefore in a fantastic position for anyone wishing to be in walking distance of the town.

There are other villas in the locality, but this villa is designed in such a way that it is not overlooked and is therefore extremely private. The gardens and grounds are also large enough to ensure seclusion.

There are numerous other beaches within easy distance, such as Ornos with its tavernas, hotels, watersports and facilities about 1.5 kms away and Agia Ioannis, a family beach also with tavernas and some facilities about 3 kms away. There are other quieter beaches further afield.

Directions
By flight to the new international airport at Athens and then either a domestic flight to Mykonos or taxi from the new airport to Piraeus and then by ferry to the island.

There are also ferries from the port at Rafina and again this would require a taxi from the new airport to the harbour and then ferry to the island.

The flight from Athens to Mykonos takes about forty five minutes, and the ferry, if the Hi-Speed catamaran, takes about 3½ hours from Piraeus and about the same time from Rafina.

There are also direct charter flights into Mykonos and either way, the staff will meet clients at the airport or the harbour and lead them to the property. Car hire can be arranged.
