On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and on the first floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with built-in traditional tub. There is a balcony leading from this bedroom from which there are lovely views across the sea to Delos.

There are also two other connecting bedrooms, a single bedroom on the first floor, with a spiral staircase leading up to a small double bedroom on the upper floor. These share a bathroom with a shower.

There is an extra basic bedroom near the pool for 2 with en suite toilet with hand-shower. There is also a washing machine and dryer located here.

Outside Facilities
This property has a fabulous pool with a beautiful marble dolphin fountain at one end. The pool measures 4 x 8 metres and is surrounded by a terrace with urns and flowers and there are plenty of sun loungers and patio furniture on which one can relax and enjoy the fabulous views.

There is also a charming barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen and large dining table under an awning and a bar area, all of which are very private and well shaded.

Arrival transfers from the airport or port are included in the price.

Local Area
Kanalia is a very private area, and is peaceful even in peak season. A car is essential to reach the beaches and town and for exploring this fabulous island. It is situated only about four kilometres from Mykonos town with its lively atmosphere, excellent tavernas and shops.

There are numerous beaches within easy distance of Villa Artemis, the nearest being only about 2½ kilometres away. There is also a sports facility nearby, again only 2½ kilometres.

Directions
By flight to the new international airport at Athens and then either a domestic flight to Mykonos or taxi from the new airport to Piraeus and then by ferry to the island. There are also ferries from the port at Rafina and again this would require a taxi from the new airport to the harbour and then ferry to the island. The flight from Athens to Mykonos takes about 45 minutes, and the ferry, if the Hi-Speed catamaran, takes about 3½ hours from Piraeus and about the same time from Rafina. There are also direct charter flights into Mykonos and either way, clients will normally be met at the airport or the harbour and taken to the property.
