This is the north west mountainous area of the Tramuntana range of mountains that stretches from Andratx in the south to Formentor in the far north.
This ancient village is situated in a leafy, fertile valley, 425 metres above sea level. Narrow, winding lanes weave through the village with many areas only accessible on foot.
A beautiful, traditional house set in its own grounds and surrounded by trees. The house has a small swimming pool and lovely views to the village of Valldemossa. It is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village, about 15 kms or 20 minutes drive from the centre of Palma, and about 15 kms or 20 minutes drive from the lovely town of Soller.

Accommodation Details
Approached from a small street and through a vine covered arch and pillars and delightful walkway there is a very pretty front terrace with table and seating and double doors leading to a hallway with fabulous old ceramic floor tiles. There is a delightful sitting room with satellite TV, open working fireplace and lovely views to Valldemossa, an elegant separate dining room with dining table and seating for ten, a CD player and pretty views. Near to the kitchen is a cloakroom.
There is a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge-freezer and breakfast area and behind the kitchen is an excellent laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor there is a full bathroom on the landing, the twin-bedded master bedroom suite with ante-room providing space for a cot and ensuite full bathroom and lovely views. Also leading off the landing is a second twin bedroom with views to the mountains and a third twin bedroom with similar views.
On this level there is are two more twin bedrooms (the fourth and fifth bedrooms) and a shower room. There is also a cloakroom on this level. To the rear of this level is a staircase that leads down to the kitchen on the ground floor and side terrace.
This property is absolutely delightful, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated and equipped with many antiques and traditional furniture.
Outside Facilities
A door from the first floor landing of the house leads to a path and the pool terrace, where there are loungers and outside furniture. Steps lead into the pool which is 7 x 3.5 metres. The pool and terrace is enclosed.
From the kitchen is a large side terrace with table, chairs and barbecue and lovely views to the village and the mountains. This terrace is completely enclosed and gated and therefore safe for children. The grounds around the property are quite steep and have many beautiful trees.
